<p><strong>Resep Bahan Burger Kacang Merah :</strong></p>

<li>100 gram kacang merah, rebus matang, tiriskan</li>
<li>2 lembar roti tawar tanpa kulit, rendam dalam 50 ml susu, haluskan</li>
<li>50 gram bawang bombai, cincang halus</li>
<li>2 siung bawang putih, haluskan</li>
<li>1 butir telur ayam</li>
<li>1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk</li>
<li>1/2 sendok teh garam halus</li>
<li>1 sendok makan saus steak</li>
<li>2-3 sendok makan mentega/margarin</li>
<li>4-5 bua roti burger</li>

<p><strong>Pelengkap Burger Kacang Merah (secukupnya) :</strong></p>

<li>saus tomat</li>
<li>saus sambal</li>

<p><strong>Cara Membuat Burger Kacang Merah :</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Campur daging giling dengan kacang merah rebus, lalu haluskan menggunakan food processor, angkat. Campur dengan roti tawar halus, bawang bombai, bawang putih, telur, merica, garam, dan saus steak, lalu aduk sambil diremas-remas hingga tercampur rata. Jika adonan ternyata terlalu lembek, tambahkan 1 sendok makan tepung roti, aduk rata.</li>
<li>Bagi adona menjadi 4-5 bagian, masing-masing bentuk bulat pipih. Bungkus dengan alumunium foil yang sudah diolesi tipis minyak/mentega, lalu kukus 30 menit. Angkat.</li>
<li>Saat akan dihidangkan, panaskan wajan dadar. Beri mentega/margarin, lalu goreng burger kacang merah hingga kedua sisinya kecokelatan. Angkat.</li>
<li>Siapkan roti burger, belah 2, olesi dengan mentega dan mayones. Letakkan burger, beri saus tomat dan sambal, lalu tumpuk dengan sayuran dan belahan roti. Hidangkan.</li>

<p>Have you ever made a cheese-stuffed burger? The most common method is to put a mound of cheese between two ultra-thin hamburger patties and pinch the sides. The downside to this approach is that if you haven&#8217;t sufficiently sealed the edges of the burgers, all the melted cheese leaks out when you cook them. Also you can scald your tongue on the hot melty cheese if you&#8217;re not careful.<span id="more-11"></span></p>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong> :</p>
<ul>
<li>1 pound ground beef (16-20%)</li>
<li>1 Tbsp Dijon mustard</li>
<li>2 cloves minced garlic</li>
<li>2 green onions, chopped</li>
<li>1/2 cup (about 2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese (get Pt. Reyes blue cheese if you can find it)</li>
<li>1 egg</li>
<li>1 Tbsp water</li>
<li>Salt and freshly ground black pepper</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method</strong> <strong>:</strong><br />
1 Put ground beef, mustard, garlic, onions, blue cheese, water, and egg into a large bowl. Use your hands to gently mix the ingredients together until just incorporated. Do not over-mix. Shape into patties, about 1/2 inch thick and larger than your bun. Chill until you are ready to cook.<br />

<p>2 Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking over high direct heat. Using tongs and a folded up paper towel dipped in vegetable oil, oil the grill grates. Make sure grill is hot and well oiled before laying down the patties. Season patties with salt and pepper. Place the patties on the clean, well-oiled grill grate. Grill the burgers for about 5 minutes per side. Do not press down on the burgers while cooking.</p>
<p>If you don&#8217;t have a grill, you can use a grill pan or a cast iron frying pan for the burgers.</p>
<p>Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce and mayonnaise.</p>
<p>Makes 4 burgers.</p>

INGREDIENTS</p>
<h4>For the burger:</h4>
<ul>
<li>2 tablespoons Thousand Island Dressing</li>
<li>1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish</li>
<li>3 ounces lean ground beef</li>
<li>2 (4-inch) bottom halves of 2 sesame seed buns</li>
<li>1 (4-inch) top half of 1 sesame seed bun</li>
</ul>
<h4>To assemble:</h4>
<ul>
<li>1/4 cup shredded iceberg lettuce</li>
<li>1 slice American cheese</li>
<li>1 tablespoon minced sweet onion</li>
<li>4 (1/8-inch-thick) dill pickle slices</li>
</ul>
<p>INSTRUCTIONS<br />
<strong>For the burger:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li class="d1">In a small bowl, mix dressing with relish until evenly combined; set aside. Shape beef into 2 (4-inch-wide) patties (the patties will be very thin). Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.</li>
<li class="d2">Heat a griddle or a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. When hot, add patties and press on them with a metal spatula to flatten. Cook until patties are almost done through and most of the red has turned to brown, about 4 minutes.</li>
<li class="d3">Flip patties and move to one side of the pan until second side is browned, about 1 minute more. Meanwhile, place bun halves cut side down on burger juices in the pan to lightly toast while burgers finish cooking.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>To assemble:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li class="d1">Spread 1 tablespoon of the dressing mixture on 1 of the bottom bun halves, then top with 1/2 of the lettuce and cheese. Lay 1 burger patty on top of this.</li>
<li class="d2">Place remaining bottom bun on first burger patty, then spread remaining dressing mixture on the bun. Top dressing with onion and remaining lettuce. Finish off with pickle slices, remaining burger patty, and top half of the toasted bun.</li>
