<li>kacang almond bubuk 75 gram</li>
<li>tepung beras 100 gram</li>
<li>tepung maizena 50 gram</li>
<li>gula halus 100 gram, taburan</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat Crescent Keju :</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Kocok mentega, margarin, dan gula halus hingga lembut.</li>
<li>Masukkan keju dan kuning telur, aduk rata.</li>
<li>Masukkan kacang almond, aduk rata.</li>
<li>Tambahkan tepung beras dan maizena, aduk hingga rata dan dapat dibentuk.</li>
<li>Bentuk adonan menyerupai jari jari kelingking (terserah Anda). Atur di atas loyang bersemir margarin.</li>
<li>Panggang dalam oven bersuhu 160°C hingga matang ±45 menit. Angkat dan biarkan uap panasnya hilang.</li>
<li>Gulingkan kukis di atas gula halus hingga rata.</li>

<li>esen durian 1 sendok teh</li>
<li>gula halus 100 gram, taburan</li>
<li>gula donat 50 gram, taburan</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat Crescent Durian :</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Kocok mentega, margarin dan gula halus hingga lembut.</li>
<li>Tambahkan durian, kocok hingga rata.</li>
<li>Masukkan kacang mente, terigu, dan esen durian, aduk dengan sendok kayu hingga rata.</li>
<li>Simpan adonan dalam lemari pendingin  ±30 menit.</li>
<li>Bentuk adonan menyerupai bulan sabit, atur di atas loyang bersemir margarin.</li>
<li>Panggang dalam oven bersuhu 160°C hingga matang ±30 menit. Angkat biarkan uap panasnya hilang.</li>
<li>Campur gula halus dan gula donat, aduk rata. Gulingkan tiap kukis dalam campuran gula hingga rata.</li>

<p><strong>Resep Bumbu Pastel Krispi Ayam Jamur :</strong></p>

<li>bawang putih 4 siung</li>
<li>bawang merah 4 siung</li>
<li>merica bubuk 1 sendok teh</li>
<li>pala bubuk 1/8 sendok teh</li>
<li>garam secupnya</li>
<li>gula pasir 1 sendok teh</li>
<li>kecap manis 1 sendok makan</li>
<li>minyak wijen 1 sendok teh</li>
<li>saos raja rasa 1 sendok makan</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cara membuat  Bumbu Pastel Krispi Ayam Jamur :</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Panaskan 2 sendok makan minyak, tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga harum. Masukkan bawang perai dan bumbu lainnya, aduk rata.</li>
<li>Tambahkan bahan isi kecuali telur puyuh, masak sambil diaduk hingga matang dan kering. Angkat dan sisihkan.</li>
<li>Campur terigu, garam dan korsvet. Aduk hingga rata dan berbutir. Tuang air kaldu sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk hingga kalis.</li>
<li>Tipiskan adonan dengan gilingan mi hingga setebal 2-3 mm. Cetak bentuk bulat dengan diameter 7-10 cm.</li>
<li>Ambil slembar adonan kulit, letakkan adonan isi dan puyuh di tengahnya. Tutup bagian atasnya dengan selembar adonan kulit, pilin tepinya.</li>
<li>Panaskan minyak, goreng pastel di atas api sedang hingga kuning kecoklatan. Angkat dan tiriskan.</li>
<li>Sajikan.</li>

<li>Air es 50 ml</li>
<li>Kenari 75 gram, sangrai, cincang</li>
<li>Kenari 75 gram, sangrai, iris panjang tipis</li>
<li>Gula pasir 3 sendok makan</li>
<li>Kuning telur 3 butir, kocok</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cara membuat Kue Kering Janhagel  :</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Campur margarine forvita, roombutter, terigu dan gula halus. Aduk dengan 2 buah pisau hingga berbutir.</li>
<li>Tambahkan kenari cincang dan air es sedikit demi sedikit hingga adonan dapat dipulung.</li>
<li>Ambil loyang persegi berukuran 20x20x4 cm bersemir margarine forvita dan bertabur terigu. Gilas adonan hingga setebal 3 mm. Masukkan adonan dalam loyang sambil ditekan, ratakan.</li>
<li>Olesi permukaan adonan dengan kuning telur hingga rata.</li>
<li>Taburi bagian atasnya dengan kenari dan gula pasir.</li>
<li>Panggang adonan dalam oven bersuhu 150°C hingga setengah matang selama ±15-20 menit.</li>
<li>Keluarkan kue dari oven, kerat kue dengan ukuran 3&#215;6 cm.</li>
<li>Sajikan.</li>

<p>Ingredients:</p>
<ul>
<li> 1/2 c. rice flour</li>
<li> 3/8 c. tapioca starch</li>
<li> 3/8 c. sorghum flour</li>
<li> 1 tsp. xanthan gum</li>
<li> 1/2 tsp. baking powder</li>
<li> 1/4 tsp. baking soda</li>
<li> 1/4 tsp. salt</li>
<li> 1/4 c. butter, softened</li>
<li> 1/4 c. butter flavored Crisco</li>
<li> 1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)</li>
<li> 1/2 c. granulated sugar (plus extra for rolling)</li>
<li> 1 large egg</li>
<li> 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter</li>
</ul>
<p>1.  Preheat your lovely oven to 350 degrees F.</p>
<p>2.  Cream the butter, shortening and sugars together until fats are nice and fluffy.</p>
<p>3.  Add egg and combine.</p>
<p>4.  Switch to your paddle attachment and add flours, xanthan gum, salt, baking soda and baking powder a little at a time until combined.  Dough will be thick!  Add peanut butter last and beat until smooth.</p>
<p>5.  Portion out dough into 1 oz (by weight) portions.  Or, if you don’t want to break out the scale, make 24 portions.  Roll portion dough into a ball shape.</p>

<p>6.  On a plate or in a shallow bowl pour out about 1/2 c. granulated sugar.  Roll the cookie dough balls in sugar until completely coated.</p>

<p>7.  Put sugared dough balls on an ungreased cookie sheet, leaving ample room for expansion.  I got about 12 on an AirBake sheet.  Flatten balls with tines of a fork, then turn 90 degrees and do it again to form a criss-cross pattern (try not to do this too hard or you’ll have very flat, but chewy cookies).</p>

<p>8.  Bake for 10 minutes, being sure to rotate the cookies at 5 minutes to minimize burning.  Allow to cool for 2 or 3 minutes on cookie sheet so cookies will set properly.  Cool and devour.</p>
