Cara Memasak Chocotar Recipe | Resep Chocotar (Nastar isi coklat) #ResepRamadhan



Ga suka nastar karna selainya yang asem? Cobain Chocotar deh. Chocotar adalah nastar isi coklat. Rasanya manis & bikin pengen nambah terus ?

Ingredients:
?Chocolate filling?
100ml Water
200gr Sugar
150gr Dark Chocolate
200gr Flour
50gr Cocoa Powder
2tbsp Butter
?Cookie Dough?
300gr Butter (I use 200gr butter & 100gr margarine)
150gr Powdered Sugar
3 Egg Yolks
500gr Flour
2tbsp Milk Powder (I didn’t use it)
?Glaze?
Egg yolk

How to:
?Chocolate Filling?
1. In a sauce pan place the water, sugar & chocolate. Cook over medium heat until melted.
2. Add the dry ingredients & stir until combine.
3. Add the butter & mix well.
4. Set aside to cool completely
5. Weigh the chocolate filling (mine is 3gr) & roll into a ball. Freeze for 10 minutes.
?Cookie Dough?
1. Cream the butter, powdered sugar for 1 minute.
2. Add in the egg yolk & mix well.
3. Gradually add the flour & mix with spatula.
4. Weigh the dough (mine is 4gr), flatten the dough, fill with chocolate filling & roll into a ball.
5. Bake in the preheated oven at 150C for 20 minutes.
6. Let cool for 1 minute, brush with egg yolk & bake on low heat until they are done. Repeat 3 times. (it took me about 8-10 minutes at 100C)
7. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.

Bahan-Bahan:
?Isian?
100ml Air
200gr Gula
150gr Cokelat Masak Pekat / dcc
200gr Tepung Terigu
50gr Coklat Bubuk
2sdm Mentega
?Adonan?
300gr Mentega (Aku pakai 200gr mentega & 100gr margarin)
150gr Gula Bubuk
3 Kuning Telur
500gr Tepung Terigu
2sdm Susu Bubuk (Aku tidak pakai)
?Olesan?
Kuning Telur
Cara:
Isian:
1. Masukan air, gula & cokelat masak pekat. Masak dengan api sedang sampai meleleh.
2. Masukan bahan kering & aduk rata.
3. Masukan mentega & aduk rata.
4. Sisihkan hingga dingin.
5. Timbang adonan (3gr) & bulatkan. Bekukan selama 10 menit
Adonan:
1. Kocok mentega & gula bubuk selama 1 menit.
2. Masukan kuning telur & aduk rata.
3. Masukan terigu secara bertahap & aduk menggunakan spatula.
4. Timbang adonan (4gr), pipihkan, beri isian & bulatkan.
5. Oven kedalam oven yang sudah dipanaskan dengan suhu 150C selama 20 menit.
6. Biarkan dingin selama 1 menit, oles dengan kuning telur & panggang hingga kering. Ulangi hingga 3 kali. (aku pakai suhu 100C selama 8-10 menit)
7. Biarkan dingin diatas rak kawat.
