RESEP UDANG BAKAR JIMBARAN

Bumbu di haluskan :
1/2 bawang bombay ( onion )
4-5 bawang putih ( garlic )
1/4 nanas manis kecil ( pineapple )
minyak ( oil )secukupnya ( sekalian utk menumis bumbu )

1 terasi abc ( 2 cm terasi bakar )
1 sdm saus tomat ( tomato ketchup )
1 sdm saus tiram ( oyster sauce )
1/2 sdm saus sambal ( chili sauce )
garam dan gula serta lada secukupnya setelah sudah matang

Sambal Tomat segar :
– 1 bawang putih di haluskan
– 1 tomat merah segar dah kencang
– 7-8 cabe rawit ( merah dan hijau campur )
– 3 jerum limo di peras ( lupa masuk di video )
– gula garam secukupnya

Udang Tiger :
5 -6 pcs udang tiger / macan ukuran besar / kecil terserah
( kalo bisa yang besar spt contoh, nikmat banget )
