8 bh bakso ayam
2 gr ayam udah direbus
Air kaldu sisa rebusan ayam
4 bh bawang putih
1 bh bawang Bombay
1 bh tomat
1 bh cabe merah keriting
1 SDM gula pasir
1 sdt merica
1 sdt kaldu bubuk
Garam secukupnya
Saus tomat secukupnya
Saus sambal secukupnya
Saus tiram secukupnya
Larutan tepung maizena
Tips: kalo teman teman mau pedes bisa dibanyakin saos cabenya ya dan ditambahin cabe merah…..selamat mencoba???.
